Use the right arrow keys to make Betsy run, press up to make her jump and space to attack.

Press 1 for a speed boost and right click once you receive your throwing axes to unleash them on your enemies.

Tab serves as a weapon swap once you've attained bombs.

Betsy's Adventures is a 2D Sidescrolling platformer that allows you to:

Take control of Betsy as she unleashes her angry moo powers on the enemy with her gigantic battle axe.
Traverse through the levels and attain power-ups as you fight through hordes of enemies.
Go through exciting boss battles await you at the end of the stages!

Graphics

The graphics for the game are made by hand, in sprite form. I used to be a sprite artist for a joint collab comic group but disbanded the team after internal affairs, but I still retain the skill to create something by visualizing it; it helps to have something in mind before attempting spriting as it can take hours and it is hard work.

Story

The story of Betsy is appealing to the player and also the personality given to her makes the game more exciting, everyone would love to play as a mighty horse with a war axe!

Gameplay

The controls are easy and handy but it can also become challenging, full of action and fast pacing around the stages.

Fixes and new things to come

There will be improvements and more levels added as well as some bugs fixed and new modes to play.
